We are closely monitoring the performance of services across the Seacom cable system and still awaiting official confirmation of the successful completion of the SMW4 cable repairs/maintenance from Seacom.
Our apologies to our clients – we are doing absolutely everything possible to rectify this situation.
Seacom have indicated that SMW4 repairs are expected to be completed by midnight tonight (23h59 SAST).
Our team will continue efforts to urgently reroute international traffic via an alternate path today, working urgently with our international partners.
