Halo Communications has partnered with Intratec to bring the best data recovery services to (KZN) Kwa Zulu Natal, Durban. There is an easy process to finding out the chances of recovering your data:

  1. Courier or hand-deliver the media (hard drive, memory stick, memory card) together with a signed Diagnosis Form to our office at 111 Umhlanga Rocks Drive, Durban North, KZN. You can fax us on 031 564 6400, office telephone number is 0861 105 936.
  2. We diagnose and assess the possibility of data recovery from the media (hard drive, memory stick, memory card). We will give you a free data recovery quotation, which will include
    1. he estimated time-frame for data recovery,
    2. the estimated chance of data recovery (%) and whether spares will be needed.
  3. You can then make an informed decision to continue. After receiving your signed approval, the data recovery process can begin.
  4. We will keep you informed of our progress to the best of our ability. Recovered data will be stored on a DVD (if 4GB or less) or a destination hard drive, which we can provide if necessary.
  5. If we cannot recover your data, you will not be invoiced for the attempted recovery labour. Any non-refundable fees will be stipulated on the quote beforehand, so there are no hidden costs.
